Our staff strive to maintain an excellent level of service and customer satisfaction. With that goal in mind, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to resolve your concerns.
If it is necessary to return merchandise, please return it within 12 days of its receipt and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us for return authorization.
Be sure to pack the parcel securely. Enclose all papers and receipts from us, the e-mail return authorization with a note explaining why you are returning the item and exactly what you would like in exchange (merchandise or refund).
Do not mail or e-mail a separate letter of instructions. You would be wise to insure your parcel and keep the receipt.
Once we have received the returned item in satisfactory condition, should a refund be necessary, a credit voucher will be issued for amounts of $1.01 to $4.99. Refunds of $5.00 and over will be issued by a cheque. Amounts of $1.00 or less will not be refunded.
If Crafters' Corner processed a credit card payment, the funds will be deposited back in the credit card account.
Crafters' Corner will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
